I have been in contact with your office for several years. I have recently been complaining about my former attorney, Robert A. Franco and his wife, Randi K. Franco, concerning allegations of theft, extortion, threats and much more. He has now filed a complaint in the Somerset County Courthouse, under Docket Number: L-481-07 claiming among other things, that I am under investigation with your Office for having allegedly threatened the life of the former Judge, John M. Boyle of Union County.

Mr. Franco has made statements that he is untouchable because he is an attorney and knows people who will protect him, including within your Office. Whereas, I am aware that a statement like that is absurd, but why has he been able so far, to allegedly commit crimes and get away with it?

If I am not being investigated, may I make the recommendation that your Office curtails the alleged criminal activities of Robert A. Franco and his wife Randi K. Franco, by means of arrests and charges, using the information that your Office already has, along with the other evidence that the FBI has.

If I am under investigation, why hasn’t your Office charged me, my address has always headed my letters? Why is the Assistant Prosecutor, Thomas Chirchella at the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office failing to prosecute the Francos, hampering me from partaking in the Victim/ Witness Crime Unit ?

I would like a return phone call today from some one at your Office. I am very sorry to bother you on this somber day but either Mr.and Mr. Franco are a menace to society or I am, your Office must take action.

I have complied with your letter to put any questions or requests in a written letter, sent though the mail.
I have not heard from you regarding my questions.

As an aside, because of suffering with this theft and more harmful damages incurred by this alleged criminal entity, I had to make a decision to pay my mortgage and urgent bills. I could not afford to get my little dog to a vet on time. Because of the serious time elapsed and my poor decision she may die. To add to the unconscionable decision I made and your office has made, I have been denied from your Council from your Crime/ Witness Council Program, I am suffering! You know the Francos are guilty, you have Mr. Franco so much admitting it on tape and there is no exculpatory evidence. You even know the compulsion for taking the money, the fraudulent mortgage on the home that the Francos live in. Again there are bogus bank accounts and an accountant letter attached to this mortgage.

Please do the right thing.
