On occasion, a notary applies for a renewal of a notary commission with the State Treasurer, fills out all the paperwork, sends the paperwork to the State Treasurer, receives all the paperwork back from the State Treasurer that is needed to renew their commission and never comes into the County Clerk office to get sworn in. Therefore, is not a notary in good standing. That could be the reason that she is not registered in Middlesex County. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done by the County Clerk but everything that is notarized by that notary is null and void since she is not a notary in good standing.

Dear Sandra and Bendu, Notary Registrar, of Middlesex County

As per our conversation this morning; The notary that is in question is Enelita S Cuevo, your office finds she is not registered in Middlesex with your office. The State of NJ claims she is registered in Middlesex, NJ.

As you can see, the "county" is not discernible on the signature area.
Enelita S. Cuevo's Notary stamp is associated with a document worth $1,300,000.

Thank you very much for your courtesies.
