YOU GOT LEGIONNAIRES DISEASE, THE HOSPITAL MADE SURE YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS WERE CHANGED BECAUSE LEGIONNAIRES DISEASE IS REPORTABLE AND COMMUNICABLE, LATER YOU FOUND OUT THE JUDGE'S FAMILY LEASES OFFICE SPACE TO THE DOCTORS AT THE SAME HOSPITAL.......AND THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY KNOWS THIS.....TWO SALES AGENTS DIE, WHO WERE SELLING CONDOS OUT OF THE BASEMENT OF ONE OF THE MODEL HOMES....AND THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY KNOWS THIS......THEN YOU CATCH YOUR ATTORNEY STEALING FROM YOU AND HE GOES TO THE SAME JUDGE TO HAVE YOU ARRESTED, HAVING THE JUDGE CALL THE STATE POLICE, CLAIMING YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO ASSASSINATE HIM......WHAT WOULD YOU THINK....BY THE WAY, WITH ALL THE VICTIMIZATION WITH THE CONDO, YOU LOSE IN COURT.....MR. Dear Honorable Judge Reba,
I am in receipt of your letter dated May 28, 2008. Once again I apologize for having gone to the wrong location. My friend, Jan Beddini and I went to the Chief Richard Hughes Plaza, in Trenton. We had signed in and after speaking with security, learned we were at the wrong location.
The events on the morning of May 14th were; my friend picked me up along RT 206 and she drove because, I had a problem tire. I was already upset because a friend, Steven Fine hurt his back and he could not drive me. I was very let down with him since, he is a strong witness and a support in this matter. Additionally, I had several labeled folders and a full package from the GRC to carry.
After going to the wrong location, I finally composed myself and called Your Honors Chambers and attempted to convey all the reasons why I was late. I found it almost impossible to hear your secretary. There was so much echo through the phone lines because of the background sounds and echoes but I am very sure she must have heard and relayed that I was almost in tears and very apologetic for the series of mishaps.
While at Justice Hughes Plaza, I had run into a schoolmate, Deputy Attorney General, Todd Wigder. We conversed a few
minutes. I am sure he will verify having seen me there, along with Investigator Patterson of the Department of Criminal Justice, where I obtained my file number relative to my claims.
Unfortunately, I had to return my guest identification pass, to the registrar desk, but I am quite sure verification of where I was, can be obtained.
I find it most compelling and questionable that the “target suspect”, Robert A. Franco, Esq., who is the original reason which brought me to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office is fully aware of the facts of my failure to appear for the hearing and he is bringing notice of it to several parties. I cannot imagine how Mr. Franco, Esq. could possibly be familiar with these issues.

I had the opportunity yesterday, to read a response sent by Mr. Franco to the District XB Ethics Committee Docket No: X-07-073E. I found it very interesting that Mr. Franco included in his letter, along with a litany of false defenses regarding the Somerset County investigation into his alleged crimes, and then he went on to address the topic of my failure (due to an unforeseen flat tire ) to appear at the hearing scheduled for the OPRA Matter on May 14th 2008. Mr. Franco was also aware of the potential outcome, the possibility of Honorable Judge Reba dismissing my claim. How would Mr. Franco know this if he didn't have a pipeline of information coming directly from someone at your office?
As I reported earlier, since there seems to be a friend, acquaintance, a colleague at your Office, who is quite friendly with Mr. Franco, selectively deciding prosecutions and dismissing claims to prosecute, particularly concerning Mr. and Mrs. Franco, Esq., your Office is seemingly committing further crimes. Misprison of Felony under Title 18 U.S.C. 4
Furthermore, as I had warned in the past, Mr. Franco is too ignorant to keep the relationship and control over your Office quiet, he boasts about being untouchable, and your Office has proven over and over again, that your Office aids and abets crimes. I can only state that the proof is in my letter to the Honorable Judge Reba dated May 21, 2008. (Attached)
Mr. Franco's letter Dated May 16, 2008 to the District XB is available for your review upon request. I imagine he was waiting to hear from his friend, acquaintance, a colleague at your Office, particularly about what the disposition of the hearing would be, so he could include it in his letter to the Ethic's Committee.
