Dear Cin,

I am truly so sorry that, even at such a joyous family time, of which you
have had so few, you are still being subjected to this illegal,
unprofessional, foul and abusive treatment.

Of course, you and I must speak as soon as it is convenient for you.

The only thing that I have today is lunch with Lesley and there is no reason
why you cannot call then.

This situation, that has lasted for far too long, has to be resolved in the
near future and I shall continue to try to formulate an ethical and
effective one.
